Meet Our Team

Sound Options Cadre has a roster of 13 experienced Mediators and Facilitators and a team of 2 Case Managers.

Our roster members are located throughout the state of Washington, allowing us to work in-person cases all around the state, as well as virtual cases.

We are a member-managed LLC with 3 member-managers: Ankur Shah, Kristine Sogn, and Mindy Hyde.

Mindy Hyde and Ashley Wall are our case managers.
